    What’s In My Hospital Bag

Hi everyone!!  I shared on Instagram stories that my hospital bag was packed and I honestly had so many requests to share what was inside.  I never planned to share because well, it’s nothing that cute.  Since this is my second time I’m pretty much only bringing the necessities, who wants to lug around more than that 😉 I should also share that my hospital has a Starbucks so I don’t pack any snacks like a lot of people do, I’ll just send Dane running down to grab my favorites if I need anything.  Also I didn’t pack anything for Dane, he’ll be back and forth a lot because someone has to take care of Chloe 😉

Clothes for me…
Robe – I used this my entire pregnancy with Chloe and after delivery.  So when I got pregnant again it was the first thing I ordered!  A comfy robe is a must have.  I also packed this one and it’s only $17!

Comfy Lounge Pants – Loose comfy pants after delivery are a must for me.  These also happened to be what I lived in all pregnancy.  They’re soft, comfy and nice and loose around the waist (if you happen to have a c-section).
My good friend @mrscocowyse raves about these leggings so I also packed a pair of these to hopefully wear home (I sized up to a medium).
**Take note that all my pants are black 😉 no cute patterned pajamas for a while especially not right after delivery**

Nursing Tanks – I love nursing tanks especially for the hospital!  It’s so much easier to just wear a nursing tank, robe and comfy lounge pants.  This set from Amazon is great, you can wear them under cardigans and all your tops.  I also love this one for sleeping!

Slipper Socks – My feet need to stay warm but I’m definitely not bringing any of my good slippers to the hospital.  So for $9 I got this comfy little pair of slipper socks that will be not be coming home with me after my stay.

Mesh Postpartum Underwear – You may be lucky because most hospitals give these out but mine doesn’t.  All my friends and family raved about these after giving birth!  Don’t waste money on anything cute, these are where it’s at!!!  They so soft, stretchy , comfortable and did I mention disposable?!  Definitely size up, I got x-large.

Clothes for Chase…
Blanket – I just packed one blanket, the hospital will give you some too but I love these Aden + Anais ones!

Swaddles – I’m not very good at swaddling so these were a life saver with Chloe!

Footed Sleepers – These were my favorite for Chloe so it’s basically all I have for Chase right now 😉 It’s Winter here and I want to keep his little feet warm plus the one piece is soooo easy!  But don’t get the ones with all the buttons, zippers are the easiest!

Toiletries…
I’m obviously not going anywhere without my TULA favorites and I have a few travel sized packed of those.  I also won’t use anything but my favorite Beautycounter body wash so I packed this travel kit.  Oh and you need good makeup wipes!

Makeup…
If I find the energy to put on any makeup 😉 I just packed my few necessities, tinted moisturizer, concealer and some mascara!

Nursing must-haves…
If this is your first time, I definitely recommend some type of nursing pillow.  I loved the boppy with Chloe.  Also you will need these pads so stock up lol.  I actually never needed this with Chloe but this time could be different plus it makes the best chapstick/lipgloss.

Oh and don’t forget a phone charger, this one is my favorite.  I have it charged and ready to go!  Feel free to comment/reach out with any of your must-haves or questions about anything I mentioned.
Hope you all have a great day, thanks for stopping by!
