Hi everyone! Happy Friday!!! Today I wanted to share with you some of my recent NSale beauty buys! I had been needing to spice up some of my beauty items for a while now and the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale was the perfect opportunity for me to do that! I’m embarrassed to even admit how long I’ve had my current hair dryer 😉 I thought I would share some of my purchases!

1 – MAC Brush Kit, the brushes I currently use are probably as old as my hairdryer lol so I was excited to add these new brushes to my collection. I also have been ‘experimenting’ with contouring so I needed a new brush for that. The quality is great and you can’t beat the price of this set!! If you’re curious the new contour palette I’ve been using is this and I LOVE it.
2 – Beachwaver Pro’ Styling Iron, I’ve been using my curling wand for a long long time now and it’s a cheap one from target but it always did the trick. I came across this one the other day and after reading the couple of reviews I thought I should give it a try and hopefully save some time! Stay tuned for my review…
3 – MAC ‘Sunblessed’ face kit, I don’t know if you can tell but I’m using this kit here. I love this nude lipstick and the fact that it comes with a great mascara. The only downside is I wish it came with a liner but I have this one in ‘stripdown’ and it’s perfect for a nude lip!
4 – NARS Cheek Palette, there is a reason why it’s named “Norstrom’s Best” and everyone has been raving about it!! It has 4 different blushes (orgasm is my favorite), a bronzer and a highlighter. It’s great for traveling or if you just want one palette that does it all! I highly recommend this!!!
5 – CLARISONIC ‘Mia’, I actually didn’t purchase this from the Sale. I received this as a gift from my Mother in Law a few years ago and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since. I would like to say I use this every night but it’s more like a few times a week when I feel like my pores need a really good cleaning!! 😉
6 – T3 ‘Featherweight 2’ Dryer, I’ve never spent this much on a hair dryer! Seriously, the one I have been using might be from high school (don’t tell anyone) haha but it’s on its’ way out and with everyone raving about this one (including my best friend) I decided to splurge! I haven’t tried it yet, ask me in a few day if I think it’s worth the money or not.
7 – Dior Gel Shine, I used to never buy nail polish. I would never miss my bi-weekly gel manicure and pedicure appointments! But since Chloe has come along I have only been able to go to the nail salon once! So I have been forced 😉 to take care of my nails myself. I decided to try this and see if it really lasts as long as it say! I thought the steel gray was a perfect color for Fall to go with all my olive green and burgundy.
8 – Kiehl’s Ultimate Strength Hand Salve, I don’t know what has gotten into my hands lately!! Is this another postpartum plus along with losing a ton of hair?!?! My hands have been so dry and chapped. Maybe it’s my lack of real manicures 😉 either way my hands needed some serious help and I decided to give this a try!
9- Silk’n ‘Flash&Go Hair Removal Device, Ok this may seem like a strange purchase. But, I had laser hair removal professionally done for the past few years and it has been amazing! If any of you have also had it you understand that ‘maintenance’ is still required. I would go every few months for a touch up but that can get pricey. I came across this and thought it could save me some money in the long run. I haven’t tried it yet but I will let you know how it goes… I just hope it doesn’t hurt hehe!
10 – Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye Set, This seemed like a great set to me. Everything you need to get the perfect smokey eye with a step by step guide! Just what I need!!
