Summer On the Go with AVEENO

Hi everyone!! Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite Aveeno products. A little back story.. When I was a teenager my mom took me to a dermatologist because I had little red bumps all over my cheeks which they diagnosed as “chicken skin” lol seriously google it! The dermatologist recommended I try using Aveeno products and I’ve been using them ever since! I currently use products from their Positively Radiant collection like their Daily Moisturizer SPF 15 and Daily Cleaning Pads but recently added their CC Cream, Makeup Removing Wipes and Intensive Night Cream to my collection and I couldn’t be happier!

Being a new mom really cut down on my time to “get ready” in the morning. I’ve never really been the type to wear heavy makeup but I do like my skin to look bright and natural especially in the Summer. Aveeno Positively Radiant CC Cream is oil free and provides the perfect light coverage to last you all day long yet feel like you have nothing on!!

Now my morning makeup routine only takes about 5 minutes. I apply the CC Cream, a little blush, eyeliner and mascara.. DONE! Now I’m off to get Chloe ready and take her to a pediatrician appointment.

Chloe and I were cooped up in the house all Winter long after she was born. Now that it’s Summer and the weather has been beautiful we love to get outside! I set up her travel crib under an umbrella by the pool and we spend the afternoons out there. I use my Aveeno Makeup Removing Wipes to clean off anything on my face because sweating and makeup do not mix well for my “chicken skin” lol! I also apply a little SPF and I’m ready to hang by the pool.

Now it’s time for bed (so what it’s only 7pm) when Chloe goes to bed, I do too 😉 I try and sleep whenever I can with a 4 month old!! I’ve never been one to actually stick with a long nighttime skin routine of washing, creams and treatments. Honestly, I’m just to exhausted at night! But a quick wipe with more Aveeno Makeup Removing Wipes and a few dabs of Aveeno Intensive Night Cream? Now that I can handle!
