Hey everyone! I’ve been trying a few self tanners lately and I love them all for different reasons. I thought I would round them all up for you today and explain what I like about each. If I had to choose only one this Organic Tanning Lotion would have to be it.
Let’s get into all of them…
1 | Beauty By Earth Organic Tanning Lotion – I love this one because of how easy it is to apply (no mitt needed) and the natural bronze tan it gives. It’s a gradual tan but does happen pretty quickly (like 6 hours later) and after a few days of using gives you good color. It’s a white thicker lotion you apply and doesn’t have a bad smell, it also doesn’t leave you streaky. Just wash your hands after you apply and they’re fine! I also love that it’s made with organic ingredients!
2 | Jergens Natural Glow Wet Skin Moisturizer – I absolutely love a wet skin moisturizer and the fact that this one does give you a tan is an A+ in my book. I’m not sure it firms anything lol but it does give a natural looking tan. If you’re looking for a super dark tan this isn’t for you. But I do love how easy it is to apply.. while you’re still wet in the shower and then towel dry off! I have heard people complain it’s streaky on them but I never had that issue.
3 | Isle of Paradise Self-Tanning Water – This will give you a nice dark tan but not immediately. Like the others mentioned above it will develop over time. I love that this water isn’t sticky at all. Just spray it on and wipe it all over with a mitt. The only downfall for me is the mitt 😉 I prefer lotion you just rub on and wash your hands lol.
4 | Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops – What I love about these is that you can still use your favorite body and face lotions! Just add a few drops to it in your hands and rub all over. They’re super easy to use. They’re not sticky at all and don’t have a bad smell to them. No mitt needed, just wash your hands right after!
5 | Bondi Sands Self Tanner Foam – If you’re looking for an instant bronze tan, this is my absolute favorite! It’s not orange at all, it literally gives you a gorgeous bronze color. I prefer the dark! I don’t use this often (haven’t this Summer yet) because I perfect the lotions that develop over time but if I had a wedding or some sort of event that I wanted an instant tan for this would be my go-to! You need to use a tanning mitt for this one.
6 | Beautycounter TINTED Sunscreen – You guys this stuff is wild! It’s like a spray tan, I used it Memorial Day weekend and my friends were blown away. Spray it on, rub it in and it’s actually like you’ve been airbrushed! Wait about 15 minutes before you go in the pool or water.
